you need to look out the Maitenace plan or package what it is referring & what it is deleting, there might be-
1.UNC path not mentioned incorrect
2.location of path or folder defined or called wrongly that needs to be correct.
3.verify the permissions on those files with respect to service account of sql server & for your ID.
4.check the xp_cmdshell status as well.
otherwise take the t-sql script of those & run & check out, but ensure what is that job is doing first & how it is being called/Impact & risk as well.
